Based in the Side region of Antalya, Turkey, our practice is a unique law firm that aims to offer a more personal, attentive, and approachable style of legal representation. Our work focuses on two distinct areas. The first is criminal law and human rights law, including sensitive and significant human rights cases before Turkish courts, the United Nations, and the European Court of Human Rights. The second focuses on private law matters, including property law, condominium law, rental law, family law, and inheritance law, always approaching each case with care, discretion, and dedication.

 

Our family law practice includes matters such as divorce, child custody, marital property disputes, as well as international child abducation cases. Our inheritance law work focuses on helping clients manage estate and succession matters as smoothly and effectively as possible.

In the field of property law and the law of obligations, we assist clients in a wide range of matters, from property acquisitions and construction-related disputes to cases involving unlawful appropriation of property, rental disagreements, and debt-related claims.
